Reception and museum
Dynaudio wanted a modern reception area, that would also showcase their speakers in homely surroundings. At the same time, the framework for their many historical products had to be created, allowing visitors to see the development over time.
Jysk Display has created many exhibition concepts for Dynaudio throughout the years and all over the world. We have a great knowledge of Dynaudios brandidentity and history. Therefore it was natural for Dynaudioto ask us if we wanted to help them incorporate their DNA in their office design - just as we had done at the many exhibitions where we had created a booth.
We ended up designing a reception area that also functions as a showroom, flexible workspaces and a museum area that could showcase their products throughout the years.
The reception has been divided into different zones that can showcase the different product groups in their natural surroundings. Therefore there's both a lounge area with a setup, an area with custom-install speakers integrated in the ceiling as well as a professional homestudio.
The museum area is primarily comprised of different podiums with descriptive text and banners that divide into the different decades. A wall has been dedicated to prizes and diplomas that Dynaudios products have won throughout the years.
